Arianna Mouré is an experienced labor and employment attorney who focuses on advocating for employees in workplace disputes. She represents individuals in claims against their employers, including cases involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and breaches of employment contracts. Her practice is driven by a commitment to protecting the rights of workers and ensuring that employers are held accountable under the law.
In addition to litigation, Ms. Mouré provides strategic counsel to employees navigating complex workplace situations, such as negotiating employment and severance agreements, addressing workplace discrimination, and resolving disputes over restrictive covenants. She is dedicated to helping clients understand their rights and options while empowering them to make informed decisions about their careers and livelihoods.
Ms. Mouré also has experience litigating employment and commercial matters, including business torts and contract disputes, which provides her with a comprehensive perspective on workplace and employment issues.
