Chad Dunne

Associate Attorney

Mr. Dunne is a legal professional with experience in both commercial and residential real estate law. He earned his undergraduate degree from SUNY Albany and graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, New Jersey.

His career began at a Law Firm in Bergen County. At this firm he negotiated, drafted and reviewed retail leases, lease amendments, lease restructurings and termination agreements.

Subsequently, he served as real estate counsel for The Children’s Place where he handled matters related to the company’s real estate portfolio and leasing needs.

Most recently, Mr. Dunne worked for the City of Newark, where he reviewed contracts with a focus on real estate agreements.
