Mario Arrieta

Associate Attorney

Mario Arrieta is an associate in the Elmwood Park office and focuses his practice in a wide range of Personal Injury litigation throughout the State of New Jersey. Mr. Arrieta has dedicated his entire legal career in helping improve the lives of victims injured due to the carelessness and negligence of others. He has successfully represented hundreds of clients in automobile accidents, construction accidents, commercial truck accidents, premises liability, and other general negligence cases.

Mr. Arrieta received his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University – Newark and his law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School – Tampa Bay Campus. While in Law School he served as a Law Clerk with Fournier, Connolly, Shamsey, Mladinich & Polzak, P.A., where he assisted the City Attorneys in conducting legal research and writing on discrete issues of governmental law pertaining to Water Rights, Land-Use and Zoning, Federal Appellate Procedure, State and Federal Constitutional Law, Municipal Code Enforcement, Employment Discrimination, Freedom of Information Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, and Fair Housing Act compliance. Mr. Arrieta was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 2016. Since that time, he has gained valuable legal experience practicing with other Personal Injury firms in the New Jersey area.

At the center of Mr. Arrieta’s practice is the belief that every client must be treated with compassion and dignity. With respect to the practice of law, Mr. Arrieta believes that the only way to achieve true justice for his clients against insurance companies is by meticulously preparing each case for jury trial. This results-driven and client-centered legal approach has been responsible in obtaining numerous six-figure settlements and countless other wins for his clients in the courtroom.

Beyond his legal career, Mr. Arrieta enjoys the outdoors, gardening, hiking, extreme sports, traveling, nature conservancy, and spending time with family and friends.
