Javerbaum Wurgaft Hicks Kahn Wikstrom & Sinins, P.C., is pleased to announce that Danielle Walker has joined the Firm as an Associate Attorney in its Summit office focusing on family and matrimonial matters, including divorce and post-judgment matters, child custody, visitation, alimony, child support, prenuptial agreements, adoptions, and domestic violence.
Prior to joining the Firm, she worked as a Staff Attorney for the Honorable Linda Warren Hunter at the DeKalb County Superior Court, where she focused on family law matters including child support, child custody and equitable distribution. Additionally, she gained experience as a post-graduate fellow working for the Honorable Jane Barwick at the Fulton County Superior Court, Family Division where she researched family law issues and contributed to the handling of proposed orders regarding adoptions and child custody.
She earned her B.A., cum laude, in Political Science with a minor in Sociology from Rutgers University and J.D., cum laude, from Emory University School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Walker interned for the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation, where she worked with survivors of intimate partner abuse, assisting with the filing of applications for temporary and permanent protective orders.
Ms. Walker is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Georgia.
