David L. Wikstrom, Esq., a Shareholder of Javerbaum Wurgaft Hicks Kahn Wikstrom & Sinins, PC, has been appointed Co-Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Amicus Committee effective May 20, 2021. David is a Certified Civil Trial Attorney.
The Amicus Committee reviews requests for the NJSBA to become involved in matters presently pending before New Jersey and federal courts and recommends to the Board of Trustees whether it should appear as an amicus party in the litigation. The Committee coordinates the effort to file briefs of the highest possible quality upon request of the Board.
David represents clients in claims involving legal malpractice, product liability, personal injury, dramshop cases and employment discrimination.
