David Wikstrom settled a motor vehicle accident case for $700,000 involving a new injury to a previously injured cervical spine. Despite several prior injuries, the case was settled following an expert report showing that the plaintiff needed imminent surgery from the crash that aggravated a prior injured area of her neck and the instability thereby caused a new herniation of a cervical disc.
