NEWARK — They suffered inside the Irvington apartment, malnourished and physically abused, and ultimately witnessed their older sister die in May 2011 as a result of the same wretched conditions, court papers say.
Now Solomon and Christina Glenn, through their court-appointed representatives, have joined a lawsuit against the state, claiming it was negligent in protecting them and their sister, Christiana.
“Everybody now, who should be in the case, is in the case,” said Eric Kahn, one of the attorneys representing the children in the lawsuit.
