Today’s session will feature Hon. Rachelle L. Harz, J.S.C. (Ret.), discussing the topic “510K Update – Elizabeth Hrymoc v. Ethicon, Inc.,” providing an update on important developments in mass torts.
Judge Harz joined the Firm’s Alternative Resolution Dispute practice group, effective June 1, 2023, to provide mediation, arbitration, and special master services.
She sat on the Bergen County Superior Court, Civil Division, and is a former Civil Trial Judge and Multicounty Litigation Trial Judge, as well as a former Certified Civil Trial Attorney.
Judge Harz maintains an office in both Springfield and Elmwood Park, NJ locations.
