Javerbaum Wurgaft is pleased to announce that the Hon. Rachelle L. Harz, J.S.C. (Ret.), has joined the Firm’s Alternative Resolution Dispute practice group, effective June 1, 2023, to provide mediation, arbitration, and special master services.
Judge Harz sat on the Bergen County Superior Court, Civil Division, and is a former Civil Trial Judge and Multicounty Litigation Trial Judge, as well as a former Certified Civil Trial Attorney.
She will maintain an office in both the Firm’s Springfield, NJ and Elmwood Park, NJ locations.
