Javerbaum Wurgaft Hicks Kahn Wikstrom & Sinins, PC, is pleased to announce that Jerry Friedman has joined the Firm as Of Counsel in its Personal Injury Law Department. Friedman focuses on representing injured motorcyclists including cases arising from motor vehicle collisions, wrongful death, product liability, brain injuries, and claims against governmental entities.
Friedman has been involved with the New Jersey motorcycle community for over 40 years. He served as counsel for many years to the New Jersey Motorcyclists Alliance and ABATE of the Garden State, both statewide motorcycle rights organizations.
Friedman is admitted to practice in New Jersey and the United States District Court, District of New Jersey.
Friedman received a B.A. from University of Buffalo in 1972 and from Rutgers Law School – Camden in 1975. After law school, he was Law Clerk to the Honorable Phillip Gruccio, Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division from 1975–1976. Friedman was an Assistant Prosecutor in the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office from 1976-1977.
