Javerbaum Wurgaft Hicks Kahn Wikstrom & Sinins, PC, is pleased to announce that Steven H. Merman has joined the Firm as Counsel in its Union, NJ office. Steve focuses his practice on real estate, land use and zoning.
Prior to joining the Firm he was a fulltime Assistant County Counsel for the County of Union, also serving for four years as the Director for the Division of Planning and Community Development. Steve has a vast background in all areas of Local Municipal Law and Land Use Development, including all Land Use Litigation.
Steve received his B.A. from American University and his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law.
