Javerbaum Wurgaft Attorney Zachary M. Green recently published an article entitled “A New World: Why ‘Per Quod’ Claims Should Be Available for Unmarried Couples” in the New Jersey Law Journal.
The article asserts that legal marriage need not be a prerequisite to bringing a per quod claim and that unmarried cohabitants, and other individuals with intimate familial relationships, should have standing to assert the claim.
